I went to get a red bracelet to protect me for the new year as someone born with the year of the snake. I wanted to treat myself and get a good brand. As I am happy either my purchase, I do feel a bit of racial bias. I saw Luk Fook as something extremely unique with their little charms. I give it a 3 star rating because:
Since I was not Chinese, I was not given the best experience when it came to service. I was greeted at the door and wasnāt tendered right away while someone who was Chinese that came to the door following me was helped right away. I was just being stared at the whole time until someone ended up coming to me and asked if I needed help.
There was a girl sitting at the same section getting her own charm bracelet made, because she was Chinese I saw the two workers working together with her calmly. The one worker who was nice, I could tell I was being rushed. I did get what I wanted but I saw the care for customers who could speak another language other than English. After getting the bracelet, I was not told how to use it due to having a strange string that open and closes differently compared to others. I felt like I was just rushed out the door.
With their charm bracelets, I didnāt you could create your own and have your own string. I wish that was brought to my attention.
As I was happy for my first 24k purchase, I wish I was tendered better as a customer here in...

We havenāt had a chance to went back since COVID hit. We went back this week because the couple rings we brought needed to resize as we gained weighted. We were told the points are no longer valid because it expired in 2 years. We were never told that at the time of purchase. They also wanted to charge us $60 to resize even though they said it will be free at the time of purchase. Worst after sales service ever. Another lady at the store joined in the conversation and said if we spent over $1500 a ring, meaning $3000 or more in total then we would be allowed to get free resize. One of the ring cannot be resized. So I asked how much they would pay to buy back the ring and they said no they will not buy back, did not even try to help and just said itās worth very little money just keep itā¦what am I going to do with a ring I canāt wear. Why would they not buy back a ring they sold? Or even make a offer? I understand they canāt offer full price I paid but nothing? I guess the jewelry they sell must be worthless if they donāt even want...
