La Nova Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I went there with my brother and we ordered milkshakes, pizza and a burger. The pizza was fine, really thin but if that's your thing go for it. I personally like dough so it wasn't my thing.

The milkshake was something tho. I ordered papaya cause it caught my eye. I took a sip and immediately noticed it was really watery and thin. I at first thought it was just that they plopped in a cheap ice cream in and I just had to stir it towards the bottom. It happens. I decided to switch with my brother. And he said he didn't really like it either. I stirred it and there was no resistance at all.

Long story short, there was no icecream in the shake, I had a mini argument with her about the difference between papaya milk and a papaya milkshake. (I'm sorry to the person I dragged into that by the way) To every valid criticism all she said was that "each place makes it different" and that I should have asked if my MILKSHAKE had icecream in it.

Anyway. I got a refund but if you're looking for a milkshake WITH ice cream don't go there. Every place makes it different so find a different place.

Horrible Pizza I ordered a large pie with sausage and the crust was totally burnt it was not fresh it was like they already had a pie made put the sausage on there and reheated it, and totally burnt it. Now they won't answer the phone because they know what they did.. I have had dollar slices 10 times better. I will never spend a dime in there again but if you must buy from them I would suggest you visit the store rather than have it delivered because I have ate from there before and it wasn't bad but they lost me...

Order from them through the Slice App. I ordered 2 large pies, broccoli rate, garlic knots, and zeppoles. First, it took 2 hours and 15 min from when I placed my order until my order FINALLY arrived! Second, it was messed up in the box and wasn't even warm. And lastly, it was salty as HELL!!

They had to be called twice, and I was given a $5 discount. I appreciate it, but still not worth ordering from them again. I'm good.

And the zeppole was hard with barley any sugar....
