I had the most horrendous experience here and the fact that they still charged me after it is testimony to how there is no care to their craft. I came here last month for a pedicure which was good but today I will not be back. The nail tech couldn't give me simple almond point shape to the point where I almost left because the shaping of my nails was so bad that I couldn't justify it. She took me to another lady who finished the shaping but it was too late. My paint job looked like something I could have done at home. Afterwards, when it was time to pay I was told there is no "wifi" which was a lie and that I have use an ATM to get cash. She instructed me to use the 99ct ATM because apparently, there didn't work. So I was followed there in case I left without paying, I guess, which as much as I didn't want to give them a dime I have too much morality to do such a thing. I got a contact reaction from improperly applied gel-x products (contact with skin, overfiled and undercured) and they blamed me for it and made me pay to remove the nails while there were literal blisters and dry cracks all over my fingers from their work. Now doctor says I can never get gel or acrylic products again because the dermatitis results in a permanent allergy. They seemed to not know that this is a thing which is crazy because all nail techs should be aware of the risks of the chemicals...

Linda should be fired. She ruined my nails. Gave me the weirdest shape ever - if you can even call this a shape.
