Comoe Buffet Soul Food — Restaurant in New York

New favorite place!!! I've been searching all over to find a place with collard greens as good as my grandmother's. I finally found it! I was a bit hesitant seeing how I've been disappointed in the past but their collard greens were absolute perfection! All of their food was amazing. I also had the jerk chicken which was perfectly seasoned and so tender it came right off the bone. With that I threw in some spinach rice, curry potatoes, and mac cheese. They had a great selection of food and every single dish was delicious. I love that they have a buffet style set up so you can try a little bit of everything. After all the food I got I was surprised that my total only came to $8.90! Definitely a new neighborhood treasure! Great prices and REAL home cooked soul food just like grandma...

Overall, really good food. Especially enjoyed the cabbage and collard greens. Mac and cheese was good also. I like that you are asked to wear gloves before fixing your plate. The one point I will take away is in regards to the sweet potatoes. IMO, they weren't sweet enough and cut way too thick.
