My friend and I, who are young professionals, made appointments month in advanced hoping to find some business/business casual wear that would be fitting for us. We were especially interested in the self-hemming pants and blazers where you could remove the padding. Once we arrived to our appointment a little before 11 am, we were rudely greeted. The lady opened the door and with an off-putting tone informed us that they were not open for the public until 11 am unless appointments were made. I told her we had an appointment at 11 am. She then let us in and after a few minutes of silence she asked if we would like any refreshments. Her tone completely changed once she confirmed our appointment. We were then greeted by our stylist. The stylist I was paired with was unconcerned with me as a client/customer. She provided me with a few pieces and did not provide any comments, feedback or suggestion. I had to ask her and try to prompt her to help me. I felt very off-put and uncomfortable with the whole experience. Overall, I'm disappointed with the services that was provided at M.M. I decided to splurge and try them out. I ordered 8 items and only received 3 that took about 2 months to get to me. Communication was poor and promises kept being made about when the items would ship and then there would be no items. I inquired about why nothing was being delivered and it took days for a response to be received. They did say that warehouses were being moved, but would that really take 2 months to communicate with me? And how were they moving things? One item at a time by car? I did get a 10% off to be used on my next purchase, but after getting emails that pieces of my order were no longer available I gave up and asked for cancellation of the remainder of my order. It was refunded, which is good, but there was absolutely no followup or inquiry. The couple of clothes I did receive definitely were not worth the price I paid.
