So disappointed ! I went to buy a water based makeup for Facepainting. They highly suggested grease was better and it would last longer. I got persuaded to buy it and I did. As soon as I realized this wasn't what I was looking for, I went back and tried to exchange it for other products and they didn't want to work with me. It's been less than 10 days after I bought the product and still didn't accept for an exchange or store credit. They don't accept it back if it's used... But wait, how else are you supposed to know if it will work for you or not, if you dont try it first ? ? ? Everybody speaks so highly of you, just to find out I had the opposite experience. Customer experience wasn't so great since I barely had the time to discuss my issue with the product. The best customer service and care. As a makeup artist I am constantly updating, researching, replenishing my kit to offer my clients the best quality cosmetics and high end brands as well as updating skills and following trends. I became a member of the Pro Store in Down town NYC. I visited and got a tour of the brand and products. Ruben and Pricilla were so kind, helpful, genuinely nice and very educational.
