I had the pleasure of working with Thomas Lopez at Mansion Studios in Brooklyn, NY. Before working with Thomas I was having a very hard time finding a producer that understood my sound/vision. As a black artist, producers are not anticipating alternative rock to be my forte. Beyond that, I found that many Recording Studios here in NYC, specifically Brooklyn, have no experience working with alternative artists. This has led to countless throw away projects and wasting of money on my end. When I booked a session at Mansion Studios with Thomas, I told myself “If this session goes anything like the countless others, I’m going to give up on making alternative music here in NYC”. To my surprise, Thomas understood my sound, saw my vision and was able to help me execute it perfectly. He is hands down the best producer I have had the pleasure of working with and I would recommend him to any artist looking for professionalism...

Mansion Recording Studio was amazing from the moment I stepped in the door. The place was very clean, the layout is dope, and the entire vibe was on point. I can't forget to mention the engineer I had the privilege to work with. As a lyricist it can be very nerve racking to get behind the mic and spit your truth but Mikey made me feel very comfortable as soon as I got in the booth. As a new artist he gave me the confidence I needed to accomplish more than I expected and I can't wait to go back. Hands down the best studio in the towns. I manage a few artists from PA and we have to come far to get to New York, when our sessions are booked. Mansion Studios, LO, and its staff has showed nothing but hospitality, love, hard work and dedication every trip we have made. From communication, to getting accustomed to our artists style and helping improve the bits and pieces needed to make a good song. I’d like to give a huge shout out to LO who has been nothing but professional and invested in our sessions. LO, is the embodiment of a great producer, professional, and a hard worker, LO and Mansions Studios have no ceiling with how much they can achieve for themselves and clients.
