Amazing customer service! I had an emergency where we had a keg of beer with the wrong coupler and didn't realize until we went to tap it. The company we ordered from didn't have the coupler either (how do you sell a keg but not have the correct equipment available to tap it?) and NYC Kegs saved the day by delivering the piece we needed the very next morning - even though we hadn't even ordered our keg from them. Not only that, but Aniket from NYC Kegs helped hook the coupler up, fixed a leak in our line, and just generally went way above and beyond. Definitely going to be using them going forward instead of the other company that...

NYC Kegs is our go-to crew for beer and caffeine keg delivery and line cleanings! Delivery is always on time and they communicate if there is ever a delay (rare). They will also contact you if your choice is back ordered and get you something else comparable or the wait time.

Returning to office meant finding ways to draw people back in and let me tell you - cold brew on tap is a game changer. NYC Kegs has so many options even outside of beer - cold brew, tea, kombucha! We've tried them all.

Horrible management! Very disrespectful! My delivery was indeed very late . Honestly the place itself is filthy . I really don’t recommend this place for anyone apart from that they treat their employees extremely poorly. I’m not sure why these reviews are lying but it’s definitely a one star please save yourself...
