Broadway Mini Market Deli — Local services in New York

I went over to buy a bottle of water. They told me the price is 1.25 I asked if I could pay with cash or card and Cashier told me I can pay with both. Then after paying I asked him for the receipt and he didn’t want to give me the receipt. Only after I insisted he gave me the receipt. He charged 2.25 Which means almost double the price. When I asked him for the reason he pointed at some very small sign with letters that you can hardly read (And I have great vision) which mentions A fee for credit card. I complaint and told him that he should’ve told me. He acted very nasty. I would never go back there again… Complete scam.. If they can cheat with small things like this they can cheat with much larger things. At the sign it says that there’s a fee much lower 3.99% But then he told me that I didn’t hear right… I have very good hearing… and I’m not a senile… My best advice...

The customer service could use some work. I got jealous of the person that fellowed me into the Bodega. They gave me a half hearted greeting. The regular customer got a shut out by name. 🥲 I wanna go to a place where everyone knows my name. Pun intended! Cheers! Enjoy these spots whenever you can, because I don't know how long they'll be...

Workers do not wear masks, and they don’t enforce masks on customers. The few times I’ve gotten food from the deli I was horribly sick the next day. Plus one star...
