If you walk in and say, " I need the thing for the thing that goes into that thing by the round thing with the bell," Greg or Scott will disappear down an aisle and come back with the product you need and tell you how to install it. I walked in and showed Scott a picture of my broken brass under the kitchen sink drain pipes and he immediately put together a replacement set! He then offered to cut them to the exact size of the old pipes so it would be “ plug and play” for my plumbing! As a senior this was such a refreshing and kind approach rather than the “ it’s in aisle 6” approach of the big box stores. Greg was also very helpful during my time there.
