This past winter we re-did our main bathroom and I am so glad I called ABC to do my shower door. Boy am I happy I did!! I am a buisness owner and mother of 4. Their professionalism and prompt responses to my questions were very welcome. I was kept abreast of appointments via text alerts and knew exactly when they were atriving. That's only the start. The gentleman who came to measure was clean and respectable. The workmen that came to instal were beyond courteous and Knowledgeble. All in all a great experience! I needed a shower door in my second bathroom and called ABC back again. Not only are they timely and courteous, but their attention to detail is something that is so important to me. I just did a bathroom over and my faucets, shower head, towel bars etc are all brushed chrome. They not only matched the brushes chrome, but they managed to get the EXACT shade of Brushed chrome as my hardware AND they also made sure all their hardware wash “square” (no curved edges) matching our hardware PERFECTLY! After contacting her and hearing about her very positive experience as well, we hired them to measure, build and install our shower enclosure. We were very pleased with our experience from start to finish. They respond quickly, make every effort to accommodate your timetable/needs, and handled every step of the process professionally and productively. Tremendous attention to detail and even pointed something out to our contractor that needed to be addressed in the work that he did which later was. Everyone we worked with - the measurer, installer, scheduler and follow up technician when we needed something addressed after installation, have been great to work with - professional and pleasant and anxious to make the customer happy. Best experience from start to finish. They really make you feel like you're family. Steve is amazing - greatest personality - friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I loved talking to him because he wasn't afraid to provide his opinion and back it up with why he thought certain things should be a certain way.
