One of the most organized Marshalls I’ve ever visited! This Marshalls location really impressed me — it’s one of the most clean, well-organized, and easy-to-shop stores I’ve been to. Everything from clothing to home goods was neatly arranged, and the store was well-stocked without feeling chaotic like some other locations. It’s also in a super convenient spot — just a few minutes' walk from Ground Zero / One World Trade Center and the Oculus. Definitely an easy stop if you're already visiting the area. šŸš‡ Nearby trains: Subways: A, C, E, 2, 3, R, W, 4, 5, J, Z — all stop at Fulton Street, Cortlandt Street, or World Trade Center stations, just steps away. PATH: Direct access from New Jersey via the Oculus. Great deals, smooth experience, and unbeatable location. Highly recommend stopping in if you're downtown!

This store is in NYC right next to On WTC. Marshalls is one my favorite shopping places where we get items at a steal. They have a lot of branded options which otherwise will cost you a bomb. Reebok and Champion track pants which usually cost about 50-70 bucks is available for 20 bucks. A lot of options available for home decor and deodorants as well which is awesome for yourself as well as gifting as well. Do check this place out!

šŸ›ļø Marshall’s: A Hidden Gem for Affordable Style and Home Essentials

Marshall’s always surprises me—in the best way possible. I recently went on a shopping spree and built an entire wardrobe for my dad with brands like Tahari, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, and Ralph Lauren—all at jaw-dropping prices. The clearance section felt like a treasure hunt with some seriously big wins. And the treasures didn’t stop there! I found adorable baby clothes for a friend, put together a thoughtful gift basket for under $35, and stocked up on kitchen essentials like plates, steak knives, and hand towels—all without breaking the bank. I’ve gone back four days in a row, and each time the staff has been friendly and helpful. Even during peak hours, checkout lines moved quickly. Their return policy is fair and flexible, which was a lifesaver when a few shirts didn’t fit my dad. If you’re into value, variety, and the thrill of the hunt, Marshall’s absolutely belongs on your go-to list. Even as a regular, I still find new gems every time I...

Would give this store zero stars if I could. I frequently shop in this area and occasionally shop here and make the occasional return. This is the second time I've attempted to return something. I had gotten a shirt brand new with tags from my mom but she misplaced the receipt and it didn't fit, so I still had the tags and brought it back to be returned. The cashier called the supervisor who I had recognized from a previous unpleasant return experience with, and she was SO RUDE TO ME, claimed she wouldn't take it back because she "wasn't sure where I got it from" when the tag clearly read Marshalls. I was willing to accept store credit, meanwhile another woman made a return right next to me with no issue. From reading the other reviews, it seems like I am not the only one that has been wronged by her, its a shame she continues to have a job here if she's going to pick and choose who she accepts returns from. Will not...

I wrote this to their corporate office:

"I have been a Marshalls customer for years and never have I ever experienced such wonderful service as I did this evening. I was at the 206 Washington St, New York, NY 10006 location and two employees went waaaaay out of their way to make me feel taken care of. I didn't get their last names but La Shondra and Colletta were the prime examples of exemplary customer satisfaction! Please understand that I have experienced the whole gamete of experiences of customer service at your stores across the country, but nothing has compared to this. These women are assets to the organization and should be training everyone else!! Please, who ever is reading this, I implore you to take a look at these two employees. You're sitting on two diamonds in the ruff! This is my first time reaching out to corporate about anything but I just had to let...
