One of the MOST EXCEPTIONAL RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVER!! We ended up getting this unbelievable Nancy Pelosi Coat shipped to our home via UPS the next day from this store! Our sales professional, Davis, is AN ABSOLUTE JOY TO WORK WITH!! He is absolutely exceptional at what he does and for anyone that has any doubts, call up this store or go in and ask specifically for Davis and you'll understand the reasons for my excellent review. The coat is to die for beautiful !! Davis mailed this beautifully wrapped package to us and enclosed the most beautiful and meaningful note I've ever received. Read moreDO NOT shop at this store. I purchased a gift and told them that there was a chance that I would return it if my fiance didn't like it. The salesman told me fine as I would have seven days to do so. When I came back to return the coat 3 days after purchasing it I was told at that time that I could only get store credit or an exchange. There is a note about this on the receipt that you sign at purchase but they gloss over it and give you no reason to believe that it is any different from what you were verbally told.
I was clearly intentionally misled by the salesman who was trying to get commission knowing that there was no way I could return the coat after finalizing the sale. This store is undertaking unethical business practices and should be avoided at all costs. How they even stay in business with when treating customers like this I don't know.
The products are nice and I don't mean to dissuade people from purchasing Max Mara items. But please, purchase them online where you have two weeks to return them and won't be left feeling...

I’ve ordered a purse and chose the option to pick up in a store (though it would be faster). On third business day I called them (since haven’t received any updates). The customer assistant answered me (already with an attitude). She didn’t help at all. All what she said - if you wanted to get it faster should go to the store! When I tried to ask why they don’t have any estimate time she hang up on me! Amazing service! I called the second time. Much nicer women told me because they don’t have the item in physical store they will ship it from Italian warehouse and it takes about 2 weeks! Seriously?!
