I met Lisa Hartman 10 years ago via a friend. I wanted to try some injectables or derma fillers, but I have tri-geminal neuralgia, which is “off the charts” severe shooting pain that comes and goes without warning. Unlike other Aesthetic Centers I had visited for a consultation, happy to push any treatment on me, Lisa was the opposite!! She has a medical background, and she knew immediately my condition, and what treatments I could have and the ones to avoid that could trigger my tri-geminal neuralgia. I trust her completely. I have done a few chemical peels but had always wanted to do a Laser treatment. I wasn’t sure Lisa would allow it.

It was my birthday in July, and I decided to give myself a gift. Lisa is currently on maternity leave, so she and her colleague Sarah Klobocosta discussed which laser I could have, and Sara gave me the ProFractional Laser for skin resurfacing and skin tightening. From the minute I met Sara, I felt so confident, not just from her warmth and caring, but I had complete trust in her, also her deep medical background from working in the ER in hospitals.

I am already loving the results. I notice a huge difference, but the good news is that the benefits continue as skin is renewed up to 4 months. I will do it again, especially around my mouth which has some deeper scar tissue.

I also want to big give a “shout out” to Andrea who is running the Soignez Vous Center. She is super nice, has great communication skills, and is also knowledgeable about skin care and makeup. I ask her for tips on which colors to use around my eyes to make me look much younger. LOL

Each time I visit Lisa, I know she has a vision for and of me. I look forward to going to her. After listening, she critiques what she sees, tweaks and does the necessary, or if needed....more. Lisa is a true artist and Sovous is a rare haven. I had taken a break from any treatments for a while, and I'm so so happy that I went back this month, because I am getting compliments on my skin from everyone I run into. While comparing notes with my friends who have had supposedly the same treatment with other doctors, everyone agrees that my results are far superior. I've known Dr Hartman had this special touch since I first got treated by her maybe eight years ago. But honestly, the results just keep getting better and better. She stays on top of all the latest and greatest but as I said, it's her use of the technology that is like no one else I have found.
