Creed Boutique New York — Local services in New York

I am a regular buyer of Creed and love the fragrance line particularly the Santal originale . My closest location with me being from Maryland is Tysons Corner, VA. I was excited about finding out that New York had opened a boutique because I travel there frequently. I decided to call to express my excitement and inquire on a few fragrances I haven't purchased yet and initially got Emerson who didn't seem at all interested in helping me over the phone because my inquiries were for samples of the Aventus and Green Irish Creed to be sent to my Maryland address. He brushed me off probably under the assumption that I wasn't going to be a "sale" for his quota and told me to send a email with my request to his attention. Needless to say a week and a half later still nothing. Then I reached out to Rodney who claimed to be the manager of the location (police sirens in the background) requesting the same inquiry again. He seemed more into the call and understanding my request and said I should have them by next week. Never got anything. Called today to express my concern to Rodney about not getting it and a representative informed me he was out and they only send samples to potential buyers! Hahaha. Reached out to my tysons corner galleria Rep Francesca and traveled to Virginia to pick up both bottles once properly assisted. I guess the only way to get such wonderful service as expressed in these other reviews is if your at the store or don't...

I used to buy from this store by phone from Monika who was very nice and professional, I called to order 1850$ Aventus and the guy name Ariel said Monica is not with us anymore but he offered help so I placed the order and he chose the cheapest shipping method which I do not have option to divert to Fedex center to pick on my available time but I do not have that option, he also put the shipment without signature required (seriously, 1850$ shipment and you deliver by front door in Chicago), he also told me that he is sending Creed atomizer as free gift with shipment because of my order history to be surprised that he sent me 5$ atomizer from dollar store. I called the store to control the shipment and he was off and the person who answered is worse than Ariel and he was not welling to help and he will ask Ariel to call next day which he never did. I called Fedex and they agree to hold the package in Fedex ground center which is 30 minutes away, so I went their and pick up my shipment (which showed signs of leak). Bottom line, if you want to buy from store probably it is ok but avoid making the store ship you their product. I will never buy from this store physically or by phone, horrible service. Avoid Ariel if you can No wonder Monica left this store. I hope the general manager or owner of store will read this review, I am sure that I am not the only customer who had this...

And so, I ordered Creed perfume online for my husband's birthday. On the site, I indicated the gift wrapping and also wrote to them by mail. First of all, terrible service! I was ignored and very rarely answered. My order was sent 5 days after placing the order, although the site says 1-2 days for processing and 2 days for delivery. They sent my order 5 days after the order was received, and another 4 days of delivery, in the end I waited for my order for 9 days ... Secondly, I asked for gift wrapping, they sent it in a terrible ordinary brown box, there was no gift wrapping, although I indicated this and wrote about it. And on their instagram under the posts they write that they send in a gift box to EVERYONE WHO ORDERS CRED goods from THEM!! But, they send it in beautiful packaging only to bloggers, thereby discriminating against all other buyers ... The only thing I liked was the Creed fragrance, everything else is terrible! I can definitely say that I will not buy their fragrances again !!! Compared to Dior, Creed is far behind. Dior always treats its customers with respect, without discrimination, everything is beautifully packaged and everything arrives on time. My order came from a boutique in New York...
