I have been an Oliver Peoples fan since the beginning, ...in fact I have been a private Brand Ambassador. The product is and always has been beautiful I shop there, my kids shop there,I have bought product from their stores in NY and Chicago I have bought the brand at Aspen Optical in Scottsdale and Robert Marc in NY. TODAY...they lost me and I will never GO BACK!. For the second time, (the first time I thought it was the salesperson)....after spending hundreds of dollars on putting new lenses in a pair of valuable and classic frames..I was refused a case for my glasses. I was given a useless pouch and told that the cameras were watching and I could not get a case without a charge. I am flabbergasted, disgusted and have dozens of choices where I will be treated like a customer. Good bye Oliver Peoples.... Hello...
Read moreWent in at 5 or so on this hot July afternoon. I’d just walked about 5 miles and I was grubby and looking pretty sketchy. Staff could not have been nicer. Maria, my sales associate, was completely patient with me asking about the glasses that Jeffrey Donovan wore in a tv series that was off the air while she was probably in kindergarten (Burn Notice). She was just lovely and made sure the glasses would fit and wear well. Courtney the cashier was extremely nice and helpful as well. Really perfect shopping experience.

The lack of service was absolutely insulting and this store is not worthy to be located on Madison Ave.
