If you're looking for clinics, it's great that they are offered here and there are packages that reduce the per class price,. My two star review is based solely on the scheduling process for these clinics. I'm hopeful that it will catch the attention of others to alert them to this: Before you buy a package, go through the calendar and make sure there's space in the clinic you want. The sign up page is not user friendly at all and there is no explanation that you need to look for the sign up button. That seems obvious, but since it's so elusive, you can easily spend time clicking around, wondering what's wrong when it's the UX not the user that is the issue. Try using the filter to select the type of clinic you want, then click on the calendar to see the week's schedule. I couldn't figure out how to see a month at a time, so I clicked through all the weeks available and found some Sat nights, two months in the future, with a sign up button. So far, I've been able to schedule 7 of the 10 prepaid class package, spread over three months. Another suggestion, if you add your clinic to your calendar, make sure to set the reminder for more than a day in advance so you don't miss the 24-hour cancellation...

The owners are fabulous people and they have great programs for kids. They host birthday parties, amazing events, and have beautiful water bottles on sale!!!
