Recently, I encountered severe issues as follows: When I connected to my home Wi Fi, I immediately received a WhatsApp notification stating, “Your account does not comply with our terms of service and is eligible for appeal.” I promptly submitted an appeal as instructed; however, within less than three minutes, my Facebook account was permanently disabled by a fully automated review system, preventing me from accessing, copying, supplementing, or correcting the important data I have collected over the years. I created a personal Facebook account about 2 months ago with the intention of later making a business page to promote my photography business. On my personal account my only activity consisted of posting my own personal pictures of coins from my personal collection once a week for about four weeks. I then began looking into the process for creating a business page and was informed by Facebook that the first step in the process was that they would need to confirm my identity, which required providing a copy of my driver's license and my physical home address so an account confirmation code could be mailed. Maybe a day after providing my home address I attempted to log in and was greeted by the message that my personal account had been suspended and I had the option to appeal; no explanation was provided other than the generic "violation of community standards". I clicked on the appeal button, which provided no opportunity to ask any questions and simply stated to check back, and the next day when I attempted to log in to Facebook I received the notice that my appeal was rejected and that my account was permanently suspended; again, no explanation or reason was given, no legitimate violation was cited, and there was no opportunity to contact any customer support for answers. I have attempted to create a new personal account three more times since being suspended and each new account gets immediately suspended before I can complete the set-up process.
