Over the past year, I’ve purchased numerous items from this company. I started with a few charms and a wallet, and when they released the Camo Dreams collection, I was hooked. I bought a handbag and matching charm pouch from that collection, and since then, I’ve added four more bags to my collection—with plans to buy more soon!
Beyond their gorgeous products, what really sets Min & Mon apart is their incredible customer service. For example, a bag, pouch, and pair of slippers I ordered got stuck in customs. I reached out to their New York City store, and Nina, the manager, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She quickly sent the items from their brick-and-mortar location, and the package arrived within a week.
Additionally, when the strap on one of my handbags began slipping off—not breaking, but not staying secure—Nina immediately sent me a replacement. Her attentiveness and genuine care have made me feel like a valued customer, which is rare these days. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been lovely, but Nina has truly gone above and beyond.
The combination of their exquisite products and unparalleled customer service gives me complete confidence in every purchase. I’ve included photos of my growing collection because these bags are truly pieces of art.

Read moreLet me start by saying I do not usually post reviews, but came here to see if anyone has had a similar situation happen to them. I ordered a crossbody bag from Min & Mon and loved it. However within about 6 weeks it fell apart, zipper came unstitched and stitching broken. I reached out to customer service to see if they repair and waited a bit for a response. I was told their repair department was at capacity and they’d reach out when I could send my bag in. After many many weeks I decided to reach out again and was able to finally send my bag back for repair. It has now been three months and I have asked about my bag several times. I been told on many different occasions that my bag was ready to ship and to send my address which I did (and then I’d have to pay for it to be shipped back) When I still didn’t get my bag, I continued to email about it waiting days to almost two weeks for a response. Each time customer service says one of the following: “ups delays”, “I don’t know why this hasn’t sent I’ll send it tomorrow”, “I’ll issue a 10% refund and send it out personally”, “ups didn’t pick it up.” The last email said they would personally send my bag. I still have not received my purse, 10% refund, or a response from customer service when I emailed once again asking why my bag has not returned and if I could have tracking info when they sent it. Read moreNot really happy with ordering online. Ive ordered a few times from here and i likely wont be spending money with this company any more. To start, they use the absolute worst shipping company possible. DHL always drops the ball and then Min and Mon cant update with whats going on. on top of that, the stated 3-5 business days for shipping is not true. very often it does not come within that time frame. Let alone getting shipping information or a confirmation of an order placed. ordered an item on 7/12 and still havent heard anything back, no confirmation, no tracking, but money is taken of course! Its 7/17 now, attempted to call the company to talk with someone to see whats going on, cant contact them because they dont answer the phone during business hours, and you cant leave a voice mail because the mailbox is full. only way to contact is by sending an email, and other reviews dont give me very good hope on them replying to said emails. Products seem good, and the girlfriend loves them, but if this is how this company operates, then theres no reason to support them. Ill change the review to positive if i can get any info on whats going on with my order.
