I visit New York City multiple times a year. Over the last 20. My rule is every time I go to NYC, I have to try a completely new pizza joint on every visit. I've tried dozens. Everyone has their preference of pizza... But mine is in the form of 🍕 square.

Champion Pizza is my most favorite pizza in NYC. So far. I don't always get to make it down to Soho, but I made it a mission this trip as it had been a few years since I have been here. I even took a friend who lives in NYC and he agreed that it is one of his most favorite he's tried. (And there are plenty of good ones by his place in the W. village.

This trip I was lucky enough to have a day off. I usually hit up my preferred spots to shop in SoHo. And this is my pit stop. I had been looking all month to getting here a palm landing, the week kept getting colder and colder and colder. For someone that lives in LA, single digit snow ❄️ is torture for us lol.

But I braved the cold weather to make it out here and it was worth every bite! Glad it still tastes the same and it still has the same cozy feel as the first time I ate here.

Thanks for keeping it awesome. Margherita slice extra crispy is my go-to usually. But this time I...

Decided to give Champion Pizza SoHo another chance but instead of ordering delivery. I went to the actual location.

My experience for take out at the SoHo location was like night & day compared to getting delivery. The vibes were super upbeat, friendly!!! Special thanks to Faiza, who is an absolute gem! The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious! Service was super amazing, and the location is quaint, cute, and absolutely perfect! Champion Pizza SoHo Dine Inn, or Take Out is the way to go. Now I understand after personally visiting the location it’s not the restaurant, it’s the delivery service that ruins orders, not the location. Definitely will be back to ordering from Champion!

DELIVERY FROM CHAMPION PIZZA SOHO LOCATION IS AWFUL

After the Manager leaves for the evening it’s a roll of the dice if you get your pizza delivered correctly!

Given this place numerous times to fix the issue, and they continue to use delivery people that do not comprehend English, in addition to delivery services that the people do not care if your pizza is ruined.

If you see them on SLICE APP find...

First Off I SLACKED BY NOT GETTING THE PICTURES BUT LET ME TELL YOU The pizza is legit. I mean for all levels of outing. I'd bring my young kids to eat after a game. I'd bring the teens here for a great bite after a small get together. And if you looking for a surefire slam after some drinks!!! You found the right place. Try that mac and cheese pizza with the bacon and pepperoni and I promise you'll be googling the hours of operation after the first bite. The price is great for the area I know there a couple places with a cheap bite for a great price but for this I'd spend it. In all seriousness. The pizza slices had great portions but weren't overly heavy. There was a also a huge variety of slices to choose from aside from what one would consider a regular lineup. Most of these slices can qualify as a restaurant dish. The interior is spacious and the seating is set up for groups or duos who want to dine. The out door seating was nice as well and didn't feel like people who were walking by were entering...
