Adorable stationary and accessories, well lit and well organized, convenient storefront location right on Main Street with an inner exit to the shopping center. I deducted 2 stars because of poor customer service & what I suspect to be racism. I was followed so closely by the staff, I initially thought it was a customer trying to walk past me and I was in their way, so I asked if they needed to pass and then they didn’t even respond, they just gave me a tiny bit more space. Once I noticed they were the sort of shop where staff hovered over customer’s shoulders, I asked for a shopping basket; this is more convenient for both customer & the shop & truly should be offered to everyone. Once I had a shopping basket and was placing merchandise in it to purchase and was still being followed closely, I noticed no other customer in the shop was being followed closely, only me. I’m not even carrying anything else - had a small shoulder telfar that my cell phone barely fit in and no jacket or any other bulky item with me to suggest shoplifting. Being the only non-Asian customer in the shop, I felt stereotyped. In retrospect, I should not have given this shop any of my money. Very disappointed at these subtle micro aggressive treatment that ruined what would have otherwise been a nice way to support a small...

Very cute store perfect if you love sanrio ! i'm visiting my dad from texas (we're puertorican and Dominican) we were walking on flushing and decided to go into this store and we weren't welcomed in not a word was exchanged... no asking if we needed help looking for anything specific or even a hello but we were most definitely followed every section we went the woman who was working there today was pretending to mark items very close to us as we were browsing i asked her if i could pay with the tap feature on my phone she told me yes but it's a $20 limit so i looked around to see if i could find a few more items and started looking at the crème lip balms she came from behind the counter and walked straight towards me to see what i was touching which i thought was weird... its a very small shop and nobody was there but us so it was very obvious what she was doing this place needs to stop micro managing so hard it's...

Starting with the positives, I think the store is very cute and has a wide variety of trinkets, stationery, kitchen items, clothing and accessories that are sure to please anyone that steps foot into the store. However, right off the bat you notice that some of the items are priced much higher than they’re likely worth. For instance, a thinner, re-usable water bottle was about $64. Also, there are some unofficial items mixed amongst the official items, so be sure to be careful of that. Lastly, there is a $20 spending limit to use cards as payment. Definitely higher than usual, and so I was a bit thrown off. Just be sure to have some cash if you don’t plan to spend over that. Overall the store is cute and worth a visit if you’re...
