Awful customer service. I bought a pair of earrings in-person at this store as a Christmas present. I decided to return it and get another pair instead, as the giftee wanted a different style. I brought the earrings in for a return to the store, WITHIN 30 days of purchase, IN-PERSON at the same store, WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING, NEVER USED, and was told that a return to my original form of payment was not possible. I was told by the store personnel that only a store credit is possible, with no plausible explanation other than “this is simply the policy for in-store returns”? What kind of a retail store does not accept returns, given that there is an original receipt, original packaging, within 30 days of purchase and in-person at the same exact store?? If this is somehow their actual policy, this was absolutely not made clear to me at the time of purchase.
Since the new earrings I wanted to get were $40 cheaper than the original ones I had purchased, I was told that if I didn’t spend the remaining $40 as a store credit, I simply would not get my money back. I was forced to buy a second pair of earrings in order to not lose that money.
Never shopping here again and all buyers should be aware of their ridiculous...

The lady behind counter didn’t even bother to assist by coming towards me. Fine. She seemed so irritated to look up my info and had an attitude answering my inquiries as to why the repair got delayed…basically my concerned was that how come the repair was done on a certain day but then waited out for another 7 days to get shipped out? I understand that warehouse isn’t shipping just one piece but come on 7 days?! She explained that because the warehouse had to wait for other pieces too so they will be shipped out in batches, I then said that well exactly what I stated earlier… smh she seemed so impatient and annoyed, I just left the store feeling disappointed…

The lady who was helping me was friendly enough and when I decided to purchase a pair of earrings from the window, she informed me that instead of the $95 advertised, it's going to be $125 instead. Zero apologies and zero compensation of making amends by perhaps offering a slight discount. When I was trying on the earrings, I also asked her to price since I was comparing it to another pair and I remember she said $95. I understand mistakes can happens so I agreed to the new price.
The thing that got me really upset was that I had previously said I have lost the backs of my earrings then she proceeded to say it will be $2 each if I want them. I mean, come on! You should have offered it as at least an amend to me since you posted and advertised the wrong price! Just terrible customer...
