If I could give zero stars I would. This was my first time in a Miu Miu boutique and I was excited as there were a handful of things Iāve been wanting to get and finally got the chance to go in store to view in person but the SA that āassistedā me was the worst SA Iāve ever experienced in my life. I wouldnāt even say that he assisted me. He didnāt even try to sell me anything. If anything, he was trying NOT to sell me anything which is odd since they make commission. I had asked to try on a pair of boots in a size 8, he then tells me to try on the pair on display which is a 9.5! So clearly way too big but doesnāt even check to see if they have a size 8. I then asked when their next launch would be and he tells me theyāre in the middle of their current season which didnāt answer my question. I work in luxury myself and it being Fashion Week I know Designers are already showcasing their newer seasons for Runway but if he didnāt know the answer then he couldāve just simply stated that. I then asked to see a bag to try on and he spoke to me as if I didnāt know how to use a zipper and then told me to be careful of the leather. Again, I work in luxury myself and know how to handle luxury items. The SA is a tall young man with longish hair. He never even introduced himself to me so I donāt know his name. After trying some on, we found that the color we wanted was not available. The three of us thanked the staff member who assisted us, but instead of acknowledging our thanks, that staff member just stood there on their phone, ignoring us, and laughing while chatting with another colleague.
I would like to say that this kind of service is very disappointing. You overlooked our genuine intention to make a purchase simply because the product we wanted was unavailable. We truly like your brand and already own several items from yours. but this experience left us very disappointed.
We have no intention of damaging your brandās reputation; rather, we sincerely hope you can improve the service provided by your staff. On a positive note, the doorman who opened the door for us was more attentive and left a better impression than the staff...
