Visited the Soho location 12/11 with my brother and my mom in hopes to find her a jacket. We walked in and Saul greeted us and asked us how he could help us. We told him what our mom was looking for and he went into the back of the store and came out with about 5 jackets that fit my mom perfectly-without asking her size. We were quite impressed. She found the coat she wanted and was thrilled.
Saul then asked my brother and I if we needed anything and we said we'd take a look. Once again Saul went into the back and came out with about 8 jackets (my brother and I are different sizes) and all of the coats be brought out fit us like a glove. We were mind blown. We ended up buying 4 coats that day for the whole family. This was one of the most incredible shopping experiences I have ever had.
I cannot begin to explain what an asset this guy is to this location and I hope he will be recognized for his hard work, this guy could sell ice to eskimos and is not the least bit pushy or over suggestive, it was a very smooth- no pressure experience.

Read moreI visited this Moncler store intending to purchase a winter coat, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The salesperson was dismissive and seemed unwilling to assist, as though helping us was an inconvenience. Despite Moncler offering a range of classic styles, we were shown only two options, which felt lazy and unhelpful. I later discovered there were many more styles available, but they made no effort to bring them out or discuss them.
When we inquired about the temperature range the coats are designed for, the response was vague and unprofessional: "We don’t grade them by levels here. They will keep you warm, but we can’t know your body temperature or whether you tend to feel cold." For a product costing $2,500–$3,500, I expect clear, informed answers—not guesswork.
Luxury brands are supposed to deliver exceptional, tailored service. Unfortunately, this store falls embarrassingly short. In comparison, the staff at Canada Goose are far more knowledgeable and attentive. Read moreI went in to this store on Dec. 31st to find a jacket that I saw online, however the jacket wasn't the same color as it was depicted online so I was a little disappointed. After looking at it a few times and despite the difference in color it grew on me and I purchased it. I am extremely thankful to the young lady who helped me as she allowed me the time to make up my mind and look at some of the other stuff they had.
Within 5 days I noticed that the jacket had feathers coming out near the Velcro logo on the sleeve and called the store to see what I can do about it and that person was pretty rude and not worth the time to write about considering Thomas the Store Operations manager made up for it when I did visit the store to have the jacket inspected. At first he offered to fix it which I did not agree with, but ultimately he found me the same Jacket at another store (San Francisco) and had it delivered to me 2 days later and stuck to his word.
