Had a good experience and the ladies were all very nice. It's very peaceful inside and all white, gray and pastel with chandeliers. I liked the atmosphere. I did change the color I picked 3 times before they applied the color on. They were patient and showed me each time to compare and see if I was happy about it. I got Gel for my pedicure and SNS dip powder on my fingers with an oval shape in mauve pink and 2 glitter fingers on each hand. It's a really pretty neutral combo (1 color and 1 glitter color were included and not an extra cost). They have hundreds of colors to choose from. They recently opened and gave me a small lotion as a gift. I will definitely be coming back. They take cash or card. I usually ask for the prices before they start any services. My experience at this nail salon was extremely pleasant. Everything was clean and organized. They're also giving 20% off for first-time customers. As well as giving $30 off for any services off the second visit. Elaine was my manicurist she was amazing. I have natural nails so one of them chipped naturally and Joey was the one to fix it she did a great job too. There are many beautiful nail colors to choose from. They give quick back massage, cuticle softener and hot gloves so when you're done with your manicure your hands are nice and soft. I would go back to this place again. Place is very clean everything looks brand new , and the customer service was excellent. One issue I had was with my choice of nail color I choose . the nail polish didn’t give me the look I wanted .I guess that specific color was off, it’s looks lumpy and pale in some areas.…she did her best though but the color on my toes didn’t come out right . Other than that my gel pedicure was well done the lady spent time on my feet , it was no rush like other nail salon I’ve been to she took her time and the massage was great . Even when your getting your nails dry you are given a massage. I would recommend this place 👍👍👍this is my new spot in Bay ridge...
