I called this ACE before I drove over 35 minutes from another part of Brooklyn -- because the ACE website is like #American Airlines at best, #Delta at worst. IYKYK

I needed vinyl roller blinds for a painting project. Spoke to a team member who called himself "Ritchie" but was not Ritchie. Fake-Ritchie said that he had the items; he'd hold them up front. I made it to the store 35 minutes later and no one knew what I was talking about. Fake-Ritchie was elsewhere. Real-Ritchie said, "Yah, the other guy used my name. He always does that."

Bro. What? Is this a bar? Another staff member mansplained to me, as I paid for my purchase, "See everything worked out, didn't it?" Why, yes, everything did work out. Shop here if you must. Highly recommend working with Real-Ritchie. Fake-Ritchie...

As one reviewer said, this place is always closed. Well, they need to close to observe Sabbath. Ace is running a special on Buy One Get One free gallon paints but they are not participating in the sale. Thanks, but I'll stick with Home Depot or Lowes next time I think of franchise hardware stores. I went there to get a gallon of paint semi glow and the guy gave me a eggshell I didn't check trusting them because I was told they was the best but know thanks to an expert one part of my house looks bad then I called because the wall if you touch it you will leave stains and the guy say is the best paint and because I lost the receipt they can't do anything for me even though their label is there with all the info.very...
