Horrible service!!!! They messed up my face ID. My face id was working very well, I went there for a screen replacement. When I got home I realized the face ID wasn't working. I went back to address the matter and a worker told me the person that fixed the screen is not in today. I went back another day and I was told the same thing. It a business so if a worker messed up my phone Im sure I could get an explanation from someone else and what could be done to fix the issue. However, I was told the guy was not there so my problem with my face ID...

Horrible customer service. Took my phone here Tuesday and was told it would be ready on Saturday. When I came on Saturday the repair man was not there and my phone was not in the store and I was told he would be there Monday Memorial day. Guess what? it was closed on memorial day. I’m back here on Tuesday waiting for my phone and big surprise! The repair man is not here again...this place is a joke I want my money back....
