Upcake Supplies and Treat shop — Local services in New York

I have been watching how-to videos on YouTube, and clicking on links for products led me to Upcake. I'm humbled and thankful to the wonderful/helpful ladies and gentleman that I have encountered this evening. The establishment is clean, well stocked AND they require you sanitize your hands! Not to mention EVERYONE is knowledgeable of the products, helpful and encouraging. Going to Micheals, Amazon, etc, is no longer an option for me. It's a little far for me distance wise, but definitely WORTH IT! When I say this place is every bakers dream !

They have everything that I need + more. When ever I walk in, I’m greeted by friendly faces and the ladies there are always ready to help . Upcake’s is my go to place for all my baking supplies .

I gave them 5 stars because they are always on point with all the hottest baking trends . Its always a “New Item Alert” going on in there. I can go there for one thing and come out with a bag full of new items.

The best part of the shopping experience is that we no longer have the hassle of shopping online. We all know the online shopping struggle. You either can’t find what you want , or think you found what you wanted and when you get it it’s a big disappointment.

I have been a frequent customer since Upcake opened . The service is great .. I find cake supplies that's otherwise scarce in New York City. For a small business the prices are fair for it not to be wholesale supplies store cake discount store. The customer service is great and you can even learn a thing or two if you’re questionable in a design for treats or cakes your trying to achieve. Most places wouldn’t give you that type of time because they are too worried about the next dollar but it’s more like family here and that’s what keeps me come back, and as a bonus they encourage progress wants everyone to win. Honestly ratings aren’t enough for this place as I find it just as comforting as I do at home and that’s why it’s my home away from home....
