Update: I made the mistake of ordering Uber from this location. I'm allergic to Ketchup, and I made it clear NO KETCHUP on my burger. It says it clearly on the receipt, and not only that, it was marked in the burger wrapper as no Ketchup, yet it had Ketchup. This location NEVER gets the orders correct, especially the night shift. Be very careful with this location. The only thing they know how to do is goof around and not get orders right. I sent the pictures to Uber and they escalated this issue since it is very serious because it falls in an allergy issue and it's indicated in the receipt no Ketchup and they obviously saw it because they marked it on the wrapper but I guess their goofing around was way more important and was the cause of this.
------------‐---------------------------------------------------- Why is it that at this BK and the one at 4275 white plains rd take your order and when you get to the window they have you back up and wait 2 feet behind the window? Someone told me they have a sensor at the windows that times how long a customer has to wait and so that they don't get negativity they have customers back up so they look like customers don't have to wait long. That in my book is FRAUD. At this location I waited 4 minutes to give my order and when I finally got up to the window they had me back up and I had to wait 6 minutes for them to tell me to come forward o but that sensors will show I waited probably 10 seconds. I will no longer backup or wait behind a window this is fraud they are doing on statistics. I will also make sure I get close to the car in front so that they cannot backup. In this location, they're always joking and fooling around, which is the reason why orders take so long and at times...
Read moreI don’t come to this location often due to the poor and slow service of the drive-thru.
After the last incident a couple of years ago I decided to try this locations again because I was really craving a cheese burger and mozzarella sticks. I was at the podium waiting for my order to be taken for 20mins while two cars was ahead of me. Mind you I left my house around 2:10am and is writing this at 2:38am, it’s literally a 5min drive from my house to that location. After the second car got it’s food and there was another car behind me I drive up and asked the men “do I have to order here?” He shook his head “no” point to the podium I was literally idle there for 20mins. While he was taking the next order of the car behind me I told him how long I was there and heard nothing from him. He was ordering the other persons order and I just drove off. I am more frustrated with myself right now because I could’ve saved on gas and just made a damn scrambled egg with toasted butter but I was really craving for BK!
Not trying to be a whiner or have a pity party, but I seriously hate being disrespected. At least the guy could’ve acknowledge me and told me to wait there while he does other peoples orders. Never that with this location, always some miserable West Indian man with attitude. I will continue to do business with the Port Chester NY location near my job, I will go pick up what I wanted today tomorrow after work since that too is a 24...
Read moreThe rudest individual in the drive thru. Haven't been to Burger King in a while and see this Texas Double Whopper on the menu. I asked what was in it and by his voice I can tell that he was bothered that he had to explain it to me. My thing is, isn't it BK's policy that I can get it my way? Right, I thought so. So I give him my order, pull up to the window, no greeting, nothing. I give him my money and he gives me my change and then gives me the drinks then bag of food. While the order is being checked for accuracy, because this location is known for its less than smart employees, I asked him for zesty sauce for my onion rings and ketchup for my fries. Why did I have to ask when as an employee, he should have asked me if I wanted any condiments. (This word includes salt and pepper to any of the employees reading this. Sorry for the use of a big word.) Lastly I asked for napkins and he gives me two. Two napkins. I just looked at him and left because he obviously was either having a hard day or the queen just didn't feel like working. Regardless of how he felt, that attitude he gave was the last straw for me. I would never go to this location again. If I could really have it my way that queen would get written up or preferably fired. I wish I could give a 0...
