NEVER AGAIN-PLEASE READ WITH PATIENCE!! Went to restaurant and got me and my friend different orders. Their order was egg foo young.
They got sick, nausea, diarrhea, and stomach cramps.
I ordered food around 2:50pm-3pm. We ate between 3:30pm-3:45pm. Friend got sick around 4pm-4:30. We called their doctor and try to find means to go to hospital. But then symptoms became manageable so we decided to not go but wait for doctor to call back. Around 6pm I decided to call to notify them that something may be wrong with their egg foo young. When I called the place the lady was rude and said I waited too long to eat the food assuming we ate right before I called inorder to say we waited past the 2 hour safe period for food consumption. And hung up on me 2 times.
My b-day is tomorrow and I vowed to never eat at any Chinese restaurants again!!! They seem not to care about the black and Hispanic community they serve. This seems to be the norm for Chinese restaurants in minority communities. Accuses the customer and cause resentment between Chinese and black Americans. This needs to stop.!!! We're is the Hospitality!? I called 311 and reported the food sickness and they told me that it "seems Chinese restaurants do not have to be held at the same standards as average American restaurants" including diversity in employability!
NEVER AGAIN- PS: the sad thing about it is, if they should just a tiny bit of consideration and concern when I called them, I would have not reported to Dept. Of Health... SMH... but instead they accused...

I got a call back from manager and he was VERY respectful... I spoke to him about the issue, he asked questions and showed concern. And even apologize how the complaint was handled... Though I respectfully notified him that I was not supporting their store again,he seemed yet apologetic and respectful. Also notified me that he will check the food personally to insure it's safe to eat and fresh. So it's only right that I note this also to whomever reads this. Over the phone, the manager seems like a decent guy. But in the end, my friend still got sick... So eat at...

The only thing is when ordering for delivery, you have to be careful with the lady who takes the order. She tries to be slick in overcharging in delivery orders. I've caught her a few times because I always order the same thing minimum twice a week and at times she tells me correct price of $13, other she says $15, one time she said $16 and I stopped her and told her straight out, I ordered this the day before yestetday and it was $13 how is it $16 today the exact same order she says hold on and says yeah $13. A week later I called again, same order and she said $15 I reminded her of my call the week before and she again says yeah $13. I'm not sure if she is a regular employee or family member, but now if I'm not in the area to pick up the food I won't buy there. CRISPY WHERE? super soggy , Half of the shrimps were out of the breading, just bad. Also ordered Shimp toast , THEY WERE frozen in the middle and not crispy. The chicken wings and fried rice was on point. Also I have to add the lady in the front has a nasty attitude for nothing..
