The stuff is cute but my earring broke after one use. I live over 1.5hrs away. Ive tried calling, no answer. I emailed customer service, no answer. Yesterday I finally get a chance to go exchange them and Im told I need a receipt or they need to find the transaction. I don't believe I was ever given a receipt. They try to search with my card, no luck. I have the earrings in the original bag so they clearly came from here but Im told they need to find my transaction for an exchange so they can send a report. Im asked if Im sure it’s this location? Im not sure why it would matter if its a chain store which location I go to to make an exchange. I was going to a concert, I was running late but just wanted to exchange since I'm never in manhattan. I assumed this would be a quick task since the way the earring broke is a clearly a manufacturing issue. By the time I left the store I unfortunately ended up missing half my concert. I wasn’t even allowed to do the exchange after standing in the store while they try to find my transaction so it was a complete waste of my time. Unfortunately I received the tumbler and while it was just what I wanted and of good quality, it was slightly damaged (some visible scratches). I'm still giving Mulberry & Grand a 5 star review though, because of their prompt & pleasant responses when I inquired about a replacement, at the end of the business day. They emailed me back immediately with a sincere apology and had a tracking number for me first thing the next morning with the replacement tumbler on it's way. Their messages are personalized, not automated like some retailers. I work in customer service, so this is very important to me, and I could not be more pleased with how they handled my request. Read moreA few weeks ago, I visited this store with my family since I found it while having lunch in the area. Their stuff was beautiful, and I was very excited to buy a sweater of NYC in a local store.
When I said “I was very excited,” it’s because while I was checking the sweaters, my brother asked some information from the lady who was working at the store, and she immediately responded in a mean way. She never saw my brother while he was talking; she was not interested in it and was using her cellphone, being completely inaccessible.
