I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon, primarily due to the dishonesty and poor service provided by my nail technician, TINA.

I visted this salon for a gel pedicure and SNS powdered gel manicure. Tina was assigned to do my nails. During the process, she broke my pinky nail while filing, despite me having real nails. I wasn't overly upset as I knew it was a quick fix with a fake nail. However, the problems didn't end there.

The quality of the nail job itself was subpar. My nails were uneven and not smooth, indicating a lack of attention to detail. But the real shock came when it was time to pay. Tina initially quoted me $40 for the service but ended up charging me $55. When I questioned the discrepancy, she claimed that "French" style cost an additional $10 and that the repair for the broken nail was an extra $5. Yes, you read that right – TINA WAS TRYING TO CHARGE ME TO FIX THE NAIL SHE BROKE!!!!!

When I protested against this unfair charge, Tina attempted to backtrack, offering various explanations. First, she claimed the extra $5 was for putting glue on a barely cracked nail, a service I never requested nor needed. It was evident that Tina was trying to swindle me out of an additional $5. To make matters worse, she had the audacity to ask for a tip after her deceitful behavior.

MY EXPERIENCE HERE WAS RUINED. Not only did she provide mediocre nail work, but she also tried to scam me out of money for a mistake she made! I will never return here and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Save yourself the frustration and find a nail salon where honesty and quality...

The truth is that I gave them a second chance and they still disappoint me. Today they cut my finger and it bled and all they did was laugh with the annoyance that I had only asked for a manicure and they wanted me to do Gel by force. I only wanted a cleaning. If you don't want to have a bad experience you should look for another option. Unfortunately, that culture has very bad treatment. It is better to pay more money than to endure...

They do an amazing job every time, very professional and nice people and very good prices, I always get gel pedicure but I’m sure they do great...
