I have knocking sound coming from my engine at cold start. I took my car here. They told me the oil level was low and that’s why the engine made the knocking sound at cold start. They refilled the oil with one quart of oil and sound has gone away. That’s what they said and charged me 153$ for basically refilling the oil. The next day I cold start the car and it makes the same knocking sound. I called them, told them that they didn’t fix the issue. They told me I should bring the car in so they can further investigate the problem. I said sure, so you can charge me another 153$ for nothing? No way, I’ll take my care to a different shop. So this is the professionalism that you can read on all the five star reviews. Oh and another thing. I left a one start review on their website. And guess what, it did not appear on the site. Looking on the reviews on their website, all of them are five stars, there are 700+ reviews, all five stars. Not a single four star. Surely you can have a 5.0 review out of 700+ reviews if you let only five stars reviews on your site. Anyway they are unprofessional and clearly...

I BROUGHT MY 09 HONDA ELEMENT SC IN ON FRIDAY MARCH 6TH TO HAVE WHAT I THOUGHT WAS MY MAIN BEARINGS REPLACED. THE HEAD MECHANIC XAVIER DISASSEMBLED MY MOTOR AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE MORE THAN JUST BEARINGS, I NEEDED A NEW ENGINE. XAVIER WAS ABLE TO LOCATE A VERY LOW MILEAGE REPLACEMENT MOTOR, WHICH HE PROMPTLY INSTALLED. TO SAY THAT I'M EXTREMELY PLEASED AND HAPPY WITH THE JOB THAT THE NEW MILLENNIUM MOTORS PERFORMED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. XAVIER AND THE OTHER MECHANICS ARE NOW THE ONLY HANDS THAT DO WORK ON MY ELEMENT BESIDES ME. XAVIER THANXS A MILLION FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME....

New Millennium was a total life saver for me when my car fell victim to a hit and run on the day I was supposed to drive out of town for a ski weekend. They were able to take it in right away and even stayed open after hours to receive the tow. Beyond that, when I got back from the long weekend, they allowed me to put my ski equipment back into the car for storage and when it was ready for pickup, they held it an extra few days for me while I was away on business. Special shoutout to Callum who dealt with all this drama! They'll be my go to for any car issues...
