Called and after 30 mins on hold I spoke to a woman named Anne who according to her was supposed to be an attorney not a representative. When asked her info she said her name was just Anne and she was the only one in office with that name. Her attitude was very nonchalant. First let me say For a company who is trying to help people who need it and cannot afford it the people you hire should have a heart and be caring and patient or Care for your clients at the very least. This woman was rude, she gave no info at all. She said I would need to call in with my brother which shouldn't have mattered. When asked for a supervisor because of her lack of attempt to help she put me on hold. She then came back and said the sup wasn't available and she'd take my number. I said no please transfer me to the sup as she mentioned I could leave her a vm. She said ok hold on and hung up on me which I'm more then certain was on purpose. So I'll try holding another 30 mins and see if they all are rude like her.
