New York City District Council — Local services in New York

I went there as directed, walked from the javits center, to sign up for out of state union worker. Got turned away, was told to come back another day for that. I flew home the next day. This whole ordeal snowballed out of control, being verbally attacked for not signing up, it took 3 months to get signed up. Chicago would never turn a fellow brother away, then chastise him for not coming in. Any time a person has to endure unprovoked attitude it takes a special kind of strength not to give it right back. Thankyou gor working with my B.A. to resolve this...
