Rude, assumptive staff. Stopped to look at something on the street when receiving a text, and the staff member came out and aggressively said “Why are you taking pictures of my stuff?!!” I wasn’t.. Such an intense assumption, when I wasn’t even taking pictures of anything..? I even showed them my phone screen, and they just walked away rudely. Instead of treating a potential customer like trash and assuming things, you could instead, simply say “can I help you with anything?” It’s really not difficult...
