OUTSTANDING!!! Captain Joel and the Tireless made for the most memorable experience we’ve ever had in NYC. We’ve been on ferries to Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but never a tour of the harbor itself. It was so much nicer being on a boat with just 5 other people. Definitely felt like a personalized experience. There's so much history that Captain Joel shares as he makes several stops along the way. To be able to see the harbor landmarks and the city skyline from this vantage point was just amazing. The boat was meticulously maintained, had all the appropriate safety equipment, and is well-appointed with basic drinks, a Bluetooth speaker, and a cabin with a restroom. You’re able to bring any food or drink you want to make your tour that much more comfortable. We highly recommend Captain Joel and New York Harbor Tours. New York Harbor Tours gave us an experience for the ages! My now-fiancé and I had the most magical trip, and it was all thanks to Joel. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Joel went above and beyond to help me execute the most amazing proposal ever. He was thoughtful, creative, and truly invested in making this moment special for us.

The boat was immaculate, the views of the New York City skyline were breathtaking, and the atmosphere was intimate and romantic. Joel’s expert guidance and attention to detail made the entire process seamless, and we couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience.

I am a little late in writing this review, but Dave is the owner of the company and captain. Dave was amazing on our private two person tour. I decided to propose to my fiancé during his tour around Manhattan and it did not disappoint. He is extremely flexible with how and where you want to sit, you’re able to move the chairs any which way you’d like and he carries blankets for days/nights that are cold! He also has a cooler if you want to bring your own snacks/drinks. Dave was kind enough to take pictures of my engagement and took the time to take many different angles and made sure our pictures came out just the way we wanted them, without even asking.
