I visited this store last week on my trip over from the UK. I have been so excited to visit as I’ve wanted to purchase some bits for so long. I was sadly really disappointed, the clothes were lovely however the staff were really unhelpful when asking for sizing myself and my mum were made to feel like a burden interrupting the staffs gossiping session. They were the sort of assistants that look at you like dirt rather than a paying customer to the point I nearly walked out without spending my $400. I did however considerable amount of money as the clothes are beautiful it is just sad that I did not feel valued or cared for by the staff as I was really hoping for a memorable experience. Read moreI was amazed by the organization, cleanliness, and intentional design and presentation of this store… It seemed to match the overall vibe of the company. From the comfort-luxe clothing line, to the dad hats, to the stunning photographic art pieces— I could have spent hours here making several decisions in order to empty my wallet!

Sophia & Bryant were especially down-to-earth, informative and educated in regards to the brand, and assisted in finding me the perfect starting point for my NYON collection. Even though I am no longer a local, their service helped me remember that New York will always be home, and the people in it will always treat me like family. I am very much looking forward to my next visit to this store, and I hope locals and tourists alike make purchasing NYON items a priority on their...

I went in and just browsing and checking until I found a cap and I asked if they have another color available because, online I saw different colors available just to be told the very line I hate the most that usually applies on retail from big companies “whatever you see is what we only have”. I know I know even if I saw online some available colors I think it is still not the right way to respond. I am just...
