I had search everywhere looking for these specific platforms Uggs in the color Smoke Plume, they were sold out everywhere. I kept doing the Google search and it was always the same a store or online dealer had them but only in size 11 or 12. MJ Footwear out of Queens came up and I had never heard of them. I did read the reviews and I also did another Google search and also went onto Trustpilot to verify if this was a ligit company. They are a for real company in Queens. I ordered and received my Uggs within days and I live in AZ! They have been keeping my tootsies warm since;, yes the desert gets cold, bcuz there is no humidity! I saw another review that stated MJ Footwear isn’t real which I think is incorrect bcuz I went on to the Uggs website and was able to register the shoes and verify them as being authentic. To the person who complained about the shoes they ordered as being fake, sometimes manufacturers change quality, materials especially since Covid. They also could have been manufactured at a different factory. I only say that bcuz I’m an Interior Designer and we always check run or lot numbers to verify consistency. I was looking for these orange Ugg slippers everywhere. The Ugg store no longer had them on their website and other sites that I usually buy name brand items from did not carry them either. MJ Footwear came up in my Google search as a store to buy from. I was definitely skeptical of the website, as I have fallen for false websites that carry designer items before. However, I verified that the website is directly connected to the store and I put my trust in the positive reviews. I ordered these slippers through their website but selected the pickup option. I am from the Bronx, NY and traveled to Queens just to get them. I can confirm that the store carries authentic shoes, clothes and accessories. The store has a wide variety of popular products. The store’s staff was great. They verified my order once I arrived and assisted me in trying on the shoes. If you are skeptical about this establishment, don’t be. They carry great stuff, especially hard to find items. I’ll be returning either to their store or online...

Bad customer service. Ordered a pair of work boots and they never arrived despite it showing on the tracking page that it was supposedly "delivered." Called customer service AND emailed them about it and I was told to wait and see what UPS found. I have emailed AND called asking for a refund because those were $230 worth of shoes that NEVER even arrived. However, each time I was either told to wait for UPS to look into it or call them at a later time. Really bad customer service. It's been months and no money has been returned for this pair of shoes that never arrived. $230 worth of money down the drain all thanks to their horrible...
