I discovered the store by accident in 2023 while looking for a light weight outdoor activity jacket - the personnel in store were extremely friendly and knowledgable. Ended up making a purchase but unfortunately the zipper came off within less than a year (everything else was great), I brought it back in store and was expecting to have to pay for repair but the gentleman traded my jacket in for a new one without any questions and that may seem like a small gesture but it really made my day and I'm so excited to have this jacket back in a wearable condition again!
