Purchased a fragrance here and asked about the return policy ahead of making my purchase. I was told it was 7 days for store credit upon purchase (with no additional stipulations). The tester fragrance was out and the store is heavily fragranced so it is extremely difficult to tell in store if you like a scent. When I brought this back (within the terms provided) I was told that this was not eligible for store credit as the plastic wrapping was off the outside. Today I decided to walk over the Williamsburg bridge to lower east side, I had been to this shop November 19 during the holidays and recommended it to everyone, once I arrived I showed the sales associate a photo of some socks I wanted to purchase, on the website they look black! When I showed him the photo he said oh that’s indigo not black!
