Know before you go—basic components of mani/pedis have an upcharge here. When I went to the polish wall, they pointed to several sections of polish that were an extra dollar amount—starting at $4 and going up to about $9. It seemed that anything I picked would add to my tab. My Zoya color that I picked incurred an extra $4, and I’m not sure why—not gel; Zoya is fairly standard too. The pedicure felt like a scam. A pedicure is supposed to remove calluses at a basic level. She pointed to a sign that showed a $12 upcharge for a callous treatment. I declined this, saying that the standard pedi would be fine. She didn’t file my feet for more than 5 seconds. A quick skim/once over with a plastic file is not sufficient nor is it appropriate. She also put a menu in my hand to upsell massages and other treatments. I picked the leg and neck massages for 10 mins each. She did a great job on those. Overall, very expensive, and rushed. Likely will not return. My partner got the callous treatment, and he seemed happy with his gal...

Read moreI wish I read the reviews earlier. I had similar experience: came for mani-pedi with my friend and we ended up paying $290! I actually do not mind paying people what they deserve for their hard work, BUT I do mind being made a fool of and taken for a ride. At some point they asked me if I want a mini-massage, I said no, but got it anyways. I tipped 10% of the shocking amount, but the manicurist demanded that I tip 20%...and in cash. I hope people read this review and don't get fooled the same...
