Edit: check out their real Etsy reviews before buying anything. The employees are great, but Julio is awful.

Bought a caramel marble TC from them on Etsy through Julio and it was labeled as a large TC and all of the review photos and example photos were large, but the one I received was max 1 inch long and had broken into 2 tiny unsalvageable pieces with no root structure. Julio took a week to actually respond. After 2 days I got a text saying sorry and they could replace it or do a partial refund but then they waited 6 days to respond to next message and now are refusing to send a replacement because I opened it. These TC were $120 and the description says they select the fullest tallest plants and this one was tiny and they knew it was undersized before sending it to me. All they said is sizes vary, but in another review they said their TC are between 30-60% the jar size and mine was probably less than 10% the jar size. They knew before sending off the TC that it was unacceptable and they still sent it and when I asked for a replacement that fit the description, I got told “some people would of been happy to get 2 plants” in reference to the broke apart tiny unsalvageable TC. All I wanted was something similar in size to the example photos and review photos. Any other shop would of replaced it no questions asked based on the photos I sent and the highlighted description that didn’t line up to what I received. This shop is a joke, they know what they did was wrong. They’re on site store may be great, but never buy from their Etsy shop, go check out all their ones star reviews on Etsy before buying anything through...

I have purchased a large plant from the shop; the owner was very nice and friendly. I followed the instruction of watering the plant every 7-10 days; however, the plant immediately (two days later) started developing brown spots on the leaves. I contacted the shop, and the person I contacted told me to re-water the plant and make sure I drain the pot. The process didn't help, the plant continued to develop brown spots throughout, and now, the plant is almost dead. I purchased the plant about a month ago, and I paid around 80 dollars plus another (~ 40) or so for the pot. I usually don't have a good track record with keeping plants alive, but this plant started developing brown spots just two days after purchase; I had not yet had watered the plan. I kept the plant away from the radiator and direct sunlight. The shop is lovely, but the advice I received after contacting the store wasn't helpful, nor was there any guarantee for the purchase. Despite my bad experience with the purchase I am giving the shop three stars (instead of 1) simply because the owner was friendly and the shop is lovely. [again , my experience with the plant could be an anomaly, but I don't feel confident recommending purchasing from there, in case there is a problem, you will not be able to get a replacement or your money back, i didn't ask for neither, but neither was offered to me as a solution, just advice , which wasn't very helpful...

I order from them from Etsy. I can not say enough good things about this shop! You will not find better plants or prices! This is hands down my absolute favorite place to buy plants! Every time an order arrives it exceeds my wildest expectations. Their customer service is also just as good as their plants. We had an issue with the post office losing a package and they acted fast to help make it right. They are very friendly and helpful and you can definitely tell that they care about their customers and put a lot of care into their plants. I can honestly go on and on about how much I love their store. It is absolutely the best! The only thing I am sad about is that I don’t live close to their brick and mortar store, it looks incredible from the photos. They also have a great mix of plants. They have a really great selection of rare plants and their prices for those are seriously unbeatable and so is the sizes of the rare plants. I am always shocked at how large the plants are for those great prices! Like I said you definitely won’t find a better place to buy...
