We ordered a brand new oven from Art Handler's at the end of June. Received it the beginning of July. When we went to install it out of the box, the door wouldn't closed tight. Art Handler's wouldn't replace it claiming the manufacturer won't without them trying to fix it first. A repairman came out and said it needed new springs and had to order the part. It's now August 24th. The repair guy came out today to say they have to come out again with a second man because he needs to remove it from the wall. Unacceptable. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and posting about it on social media. There's no reason why I shouldn't be able to use a brand new oven that was ordered...

They sent us their invoice to remit payment days late and we issued a check the same day. They let us know Friday at 6:00PM when our office was closed that they did not yet receive the check and presented an option to pay via credit card, which was completed Monday morning.
