I love this place. First off they have remodeled and I like it a lot!! The last time I was there was December 2016 when I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Originally I met Ana back in 2015 when she pierced my nipples. She is a delight! She is very knowledgeable about her profession. She checked my previous holes to see if they were still open and she noticed that my 1st piercing was a little too far back(1st piercing not done by her). Most piercers would have not said anything at all and even try to pierce through the same scar tissue. I ask a lot of questions and gave conversations because I like to form a bond. Today I went in and got my nipples pierced by Ana. This is my second time getting them pierced by her. She was just as pleasant as the 1st two times I met her. Had a great experience getting pierced here! I went in for two upper lobe piercings in my right ear, one of them being a hole I thought needed to be re-pierced because I assumed it had closed up after wearing no jewelry in it for 10 years. Ana was great when I explained the situation and said it probably hadn’t closed up, just needed to be stretched. She turned out to be right. She could have easily done both piercings like I asked and charged me for two (as was my experience with my left ear at another shop) but she was honest and saved me some money which I really appreciated.
