Jahnah at the CubeSmart in Brooklyn is absolutely phenomenal! I cannot say enough good things about her. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a genuine, warm smile that instantly makes you feel welcome. The entire female staff is lovely, but Jahnah truly stands out as one of the best. She is a shining example of outstanding customer service.

What makes Jahnah so fantastic is her willingness to go the extra mile. She is incredibly helpful and takes the time to walk you through the entire process, no matter how simple or complex the issue. If you're unsure about anything, she patiently explains every detail, making sure you feel confident and comfortable with your decisions.

For starters, the rent increase was ridiculous. I've used several different storage facilities over the course of more than 15 years and I've never had a $43/month increase. The fact that CubeSmart thinks it's okay to impose such a drastic rent hike is unacceptable.

Beyond that, the staff at the 1260 Atlantic Avenue facility needs serious lessons in customer service. I've dealt with the manager and her staff on multiple occasions. They are generally all unwelcoming and act as though they don't want to be bothered, despite working at the facility's front desk/office in a capacity that exists to provide service to paying customers. Even during the limited interaction involved with getting a cart, they can't even muster words like "Hi", "How can I help you?", or "Have a nice day". And forget about a smile. Why would I want to pay significantly more for the same space and deal with an unpleasant staff who clearly doesn't appreciate me...

Treasure Island on Atlantic and Nostrand is very nice brand new and the storage places is bigger than the old one but if you're going to transfer are you going to join treasure Allen, need to go to the one on Atlantic and Nostrand customer service at the desk is excellent and a manager she's very nice and she's a good listener. This lady is the one who makes the decision to raise the price or lower the price. And excuse me and I left them in out the men at the Des has excellent to very good listeners. They will, date you whatever size unit that you need the price may be a little bit more because the units are bigger than the old units.
