I need to get out of here. This place is really affecting my mental health. The Thought of having to come in through these doors everyday to live here is turmoil for me... The staff are more mentally unstable then the residents. The professionalism stays out the door.... There's a few staff who are different in the sense that they're more capable of keeping up with a professional demeanor. The rest are highly inappropriate, Even the way they speak to you is uneducated and low vibrational. They break boundaries that an individual must have in order to create a safe space for themselves.... The psychological game that the employees play with the residents/clients who don't have the capacity to verbally defend themselves nor understand the level of disrespect that is being placed upon them is hard to watch. It makes me feel ashamed and embarrassed for them. I feel exhausted with having to be vigilant and strategic while dealing with the employees. For the reason that they do sneaky things to clients so they can have some type of security with their jobs and not get caught being neglectful of their required tasks as "professionals". It's all a mind game, they literally break HIPPA laws. This is ridiculous, commissioner step up and please use your authority for the greatest good of humanity. Lord your authority over these staff whom are not qualified to represent such an important organization that has dedicated themselves for years to helping...
