A Taste of Seafood — Restaurant in New York

So today, September 25, I did a Uber Eats to come pick it up by lunchtime because I go to lunch at 12 to 1230 so that way you know I could just get my food and hurry up and eat so I ordered catfish with four shrimps, it comes with two sides so the two sides that I got Was macaroni and cheese And collard greens and I ordered a side of yams, and lemon cake so when I get there, my food is ready so what I did was you know I checked to see my food to see if they had the collard not the collard greens to see if they have my cake and my cornbread I looked at my tray. I didn’t pay attention to what was in it. You know I’m thinking that they will have my order right because, you can pacifically see on the screen what I ordered right so I open my food and I see that they didn’t give me my side of collard greens. They wanna give me yams and then another side of yams so I called them back and asked them I told them I did Uber eats order my two sides with collard greens and mac & cheese and a side and y’all gave me yams and macaroni and cheese and another side yams , so I’m thinking they will come and get the collard greens. They told me to go to Uber Eats and tell him that my item was missing so I get my money back. Uber is not gonna pay you for the whole entire amount that you pay for so each side is six dollars and I did the Uber Eats and they only gave me two dollars so I’m very disappointed at them for basically not looking at the screen and really reading what I order and give me my wrong order. I didn’t even eat the food and I pay I paid $40 for that food and and I’m just very disappointed because I would’ve thought that he would sit there and tell me to come back and get the collard greens when I explained to him that Uber Eats is not gonna give me the full amount that I paid for. No he tells me to do that he didn’t even say I’m sorry anything and that’s sad because I paid enough money for me to get good services and I ain’t getting no good services at all. How can you sit there and the screen is right there and the screen is showing you what it is and you still get the order wrong So for now on, I’m gonna walk to get the food. I’m not ordering it no more from Uber eats from taste of seafood because clearly they don’t know how to...

It's been a good while since I've purchased food from this place so I decided to hit them up today.. I should've kept my money in my pocket because this food was not good. Maybe they should stick to fish and chips until they can figure this "soul food" thing out because whomever is doing the cooking does not know what they're doing.. The cat fish was just ok, the Mac and cheese was so so, the collards were horrible and the yams were absolutely disgusting... A total waste of $30 and I'm rather pissed... If you're going to overcharge people for cheap whiting at the very least you can get decent sized pieces and cook it right...I'm hoping they're just having a bad day because ain't no way.. There are far too many cooking shows on TV and the internet to be in HARLEM selling and overcharging people for $30 plates of mediocrity.Id ratherhad burned a quarter tank of gas sat in traffic, , paid congestion pricing or a toll to get food elsewhere. I ordered around 3:40pm got to the restaurant at 5pm the food wasn’t ready! They were really busy so I tried to be understanding but they had Poor customer service, no communication at all, I heard the guy say how did y’all miss this order while looking in the computer! He didn’t say anything to me so I’m just standing there for like 10-15 minutes. I have to ask is my food being made and he says yeah 5 minutes it was more like 15-20mins. My money was already taken off my card so I decided to wait. I had to wait about 30-40 minutes for them to make the food. No sorry or nothing! I checked my food because I paid too much money to be missing items, the cornbread was missing. Honestly, the food wasn’t bad, it was tasty. After all that, I found a hard item in the Mac & cheese it looks like a damn rock!! $120.00 order and a rock in the food, I sat in traffic for an hr after work just for this food! Ruined my Friday night smh. Thank God it was in mine and...
