We were referred to Events by Sheavonne by our wedding venue, the Wythe, and choosing them for Day of Coordination services was the best decision we made! Sheavonne, Mashika, and the entire team were phenomenal in ensuring our special day ran seamlessly.

From our first meeting with Sheavonne, we felt a warm connection. The attention to detail and interest in our wedding plans made us confident in our choice. Sheavonne provided her expertise, and we felt comfortable asking her questions about our timeline. It was particularly reassuring to hear from her not only about what tends to work best but also the thoughtful considerations that could enhance the wedding experience for both us and our guests.

The Day of Coordination services were comprehensive, including a detailed timeline, unlimited email contact, and 10 hours of coverage. Mashika, our lead coordinator on the day of our wedding, and assistants Jessica and Ashley were a dream team. With our ceremony and reception spread across different floors, their coordination was invaluable. They managed guest seating, vendor coordination, and oversaw the setup and breakdown effortlessly.

Sonille and Sheavonne were instrumental in creating our wedding timeline and ensuring flawless communication with our venue and vendors. The week-of check-in was incredibly helpful, with Sheavonne meticulously reviewing our schedules for every aspect of the day.

On the wedding day, the team's organization was evident from the start. They took care of room setup, breakdown, and coordinated three primary locations seamlessly. Despite last-minute changes and additions, Mashika, Jessica, and Ashley interpreted our notes expertly, creating a beautiful setup.

The breakdown was just as smooth, with the team packing everything with care. They even ensured our florals and cake décor were transferred seamlessly. Sheavonne's expertise and her team's dedication made our wedding day stress-free and unforgettable.

We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us through the last month of wedding planning and day of coordination. Sheavonne and Sonille created the most detailed timeline for wedding day and made sure every detail was taken care of. I am a project manager and thought I was organized until I met Sheavonne's team.

It's often said by a lot of couples that the wedding day goes by too fast or they were not able to enjoy the full day. That was not the case with us as we truly did not have to worry about anything. We were able to take in every single moment of the day and we are so grateful for Sheavonne and Sonille.

Sheavonne's team coordinates many weddings at the Wythe Hotel and it was clear how well she knew the in-house staff and many of our vendors which made us feel calm and comfortable.

We had a jam-packed timeline on wedding day and Sheavonne and her team made sure we were on time and was always ready to get us to the next part of the night. I didn't even have time to think about what was next or where her team was because they were always 2 steps ahead of me!

Sheavonne was everything and more that we could have asked for! Our wedding was somewhat complicated, involving multiple different locations in the NYC area, and involved boarding and disembarking from a cruise boat. However, this was no challenge for Sheavonne and her team. She effectively resolved so many small problems before they turned into full-on crises during the entire weekend of our wedding-typically, she'd have a potential issue thwarted (e.g., missing flower girl basket, delayed ceremony start) solved before we could even bring it to her attention. She served as our day-of coordinator, but her services went so far beyond just the "day of". Sheavonne and her team were fully on top of coordinating with all of our vendors months in advance, walking through the event space, developing and keeping us to a timeline, and making sure that everything ran efficiently. They also have excellent contacts in the NYC area and helped us with a few last minute vendor bookings. In addition to everything, Sheavonne and her team are extremely prompt, thorough, reliable, and just wonderfully kind, pleasant, and a joy to work with. We cannot recommend...
