I don’t know where to start… I tried to give this place an opportunity two times but it seems not to be important to them. The First time I was there, they messed up the color which I was not truly mad about so they didn’t pay good attention to it so I let them get away with it. My second time there, a guy working there cut my skin off using one of the nail file drill and then pretended nothing happened. On top of that, a day after (just one day after) one of my nails is damaged. How is that even posible?

Poor quality manicure for my $85, not happy with the service i gave the nail tech a $10 tip and she complained and pressured me to give her more, which i did. I will definitly not be returning!

I always go to Pansy nails for a regular polish manicure with the quick dry top coat. I always ask for Mary who is meticulous with shaping and cuticle care. 5 stars for Mary.

I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews. I am just so sad about the quality of my nails, manicure and pedicure. I feel completely taken advantage of. Poorly shaped and extremely bubbly. I have never complained about tipping even if I receive poor service, I understand this is how people make a living. I always tip 25%. Even though they didn’t come out to my liking, she somehow explicitly MADE me tip twice. After already paying 220$ for an ACRYLIC FILL, and tipping, she somehow realized she had ā€œforgotten to charge me $12.ā€ A good business probably would have let this slide, especially given how unhappy I was. However, when she realized this she made me pay the $12 (for whoever knows what) and then had me tip again ON TOP of that $12. Did I also mention she made me pay for my manicure and pedicure SEPARATELY and tip separately for those? AND, Unfortunately I went to immediately get them redone else where. a waste of $320 even at NYC standards. $220 + a high way robbery of tips for the worst acrylic fill I’ve ever received. I don’t want to even start talking about the sloppy state of the pedicure. You can see in the photos which nails had been done elsewhere previously as they are shaped much better… my pinky nail (which they had done) almost resembles the shape of a duck’s bill and they look like they are flying off my hand. It genuinely hurt because of the awkward placement. Not sure what went wrong. Much cheaper and higher quality else where in the same area. Such a shame because they were plenty nice, besides the scamming part, but just missed the mark by a long shot. Also made me bleed on my...

Terrible experience. I came in and asked for a change of polish on my toes. She took off my old polish (didn't even file or do anything special) and put on the new color I asked. When I’m done she asked me to sit by the dryers and told me I need to pay NOW. She then told me it is 23$. I told her that that’s pretty pricey for just a change of color and I saw a special outside that said a manicure pedicure is 45$ so how does the math work out. She told me a pedicure is 35$. I said okay. Gave her my cc she asks me for cash tip. I told her I don’t have she said how much do you want to put on card? I said 2$. She started rolling her eyes and talking Chinese to her friends probably cursing me out. How much tip do you expect me to give you for a change of color???? Then she comes back with her Venmo and asks me to Venmo her. She stood over me and when I told her I’m done she says I need to see it. So disrespectful. Don’t...

My wife went to this nail salon and had a horrible experience. She came in looking to get a regular polish and they upsold her on a more expensive manicure that ended up costing her 65 before tip.

Since it’s in close vicinity to where we live, she was hoping to give it a try and make it her go-to nail salon. The service itself was okay but once she went to pay for a much more expensive manicure than she originally came in for, they said her tip wasn’t enough and DEMANDED that she pay more, in a time that was heard across the whole salon. If they hadn’t embarrassed my wife, who folded under pressure, they would have gotten a new bi-weekly customer and generated FAR more business instead of the additional 3 dollars they were trying to get out of her (forcing her to break 100 dollar bill).

Clearly this is a theme judging by the other reviews and they don’t seem to care that their poor service is costing...
